Question:
Do you calculate registration fees?

Answer: We will rate California intrastate fees. Fees vary drastically from state to state and it's almost impossible to calculate them exactly. Most leasing and brokerage firms do not include them in the lease agreement or finance agreement. Those fees are left to the lessee or registered owner to pay. However, we are always willing to help in special situations.

Question:
Do you do IRP/Apportioned Vehicles?

Answer: Yes, we will process the title portion of the IRP/Apportioned Vehicle. If you are looking for an IRP/Apportioned Agent for CA base plates, we will refer you to the best agent in California.

Question:
How long does the title process take?

Answer: It varies from state to state. Some states offer a "fast title" or "quick title" service, which is always an option when at month's end or the funding source is in need of title right away. Most state agencies charge an additional fee for this service.

Question:
How will we know when the title process is complete?

Answer: We will fax you confirmation that the title is in process. From that point, title should be issued anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 months after confirmation. Some states take longer than others to issue title.

Question:
What about "foreign" vehicles coming into the states?

Answer: Foreign vehicles would consist of vehicles coming from Canada, British Colombia, etc. They are titled in the same manner as other vehicles with the exception that some states may require a vin and/or safety inspection before title or registration will be issued.

Question:
Can you contact Motor Vehicle Offices in other states?

Answer: Yes, we can. If there is a need to speak to someone at the Motor Vehicle Office pertaining to a certain issue, we can contact them and coordinate with their staff to accomplish the title process.

Question:
Why do brokers and leasing agencies use our service?

Answer: More and more financial institutions are requiring that their brokers outsource their title work to specialists in the vehicle title field. We are equipped to handle the title process and communicate with the registered owner and/or lessee regarding this process.
