The following documents are required to title FINANCED vehicles:

  1. Certificate of Title, MSO, or Certificate of Origin
  2. Bill of Sale or Invoice
  3. Security Agreement
  4. Top copy of registered owner's Credit Application
  5. Registered Owner's Insurance
  6. Title Information Sheet
  7. AVT Service Fee

 

The following documents are required to title LEASED vehicles:

  1. Certificate of Title, MSO, or Certificate of Origin
  2. Bill of Sale or Invoice to Lessor
  3. Lease Agreement
  4. Assignment of Lease
  5. POA from Lessee to AVT
  6. Lessor's Fed Tax ID Number
  7. Lessor's State Leasing License Number (Re-Sale#)
  8. Top copy of lessee's Credit Application
  9. Lessee's Insurance
  10. Title Information Sheet
  11. AVT Service Fee
