The following documents are required to title FINANCED vehicles:

  1. Certificate of Title, MSO, or Certificate of Origin
  2. Bill of Sale or Invoice
  3. POA from registered owner to AVT
  4. Security Agreement
  5. Top copy of registered owners credit application
  6. Registered owners insurance
  7. Title Information Sheet
  8. AVT Service Fee
     

 

The following documents are required to title LEASED vehicles:

  1. Certificate of Title, MSO, or Certificate of Origin
  2. Bill of Sale or Invoice to Lessor
  3. Lease Agreement
  4. Assignment of Lease
  5. POA from Lessor to AVT
  6. POA from Lessee to AVT
  7. Lessor's State Leasing License Number (Re-Sale#)
  8. Lessor's Federal Tax ID number
  9. Top copy of lessee's credit application
  10. Lessee's insurance
  11. Title Information Sheet
  12. AVT Service Fee
